Abstract
Regarding the pathology of the long head of the biceps, proximal intra-articular tenodesis offers us the considerable advantage of being able to perform it together with different procedures taking advantage of the same arthroscopy approaches.
With the following technique we seek to perform a simple fixation, using a convenient cost benefit and accessible implant in our country, resolving some critical points of failure indicated by the literature. To do this, we combine a spike stitch for a strong tissue grip, together with a simple pulley stitch over the anchor eyelet.
